I have recently left my public health career to have more time for writing, creativity and coaching. I am excited about all the possibilities ahead within the world of healing and holding sacred space. It feels liberating to embrace new adventures and dedicate myself to practices that nurture both myself and others. This transition marks a period of growth, reflection, and renewed purpose.
My intention is in everything I do. I hold a safe space for you to explore where you come from and allow an unfolding and emerging from the liminal space so that you can find a way to dance in a world that sets your soul alight and allows you to live a life that reflects your values and is in alignment with who you truly are.
People who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.
